Hidden Treasure Mine, Aurora Mine and Eberhardt Mine - Hamilton Nevada Silver Mines

This is our second day here because this place is soo big. One day is not enough and we still skipped the Belmont Mine and Mill. Next time. This place has huge open stopes into 1860's Silver Mines. My son and I are touring the area on our dirt bikes. We ride up to Hamilton Nevada then up Treasure Mountain to the Hidden Treasure Mine. The side of the mountain is slashed open and easy to see. Nearby is Treasure City with the ruins of expensive stone buildings all over the hillside mixed with the open shafts of their claims. Wells Fargo was there. Next we ride over to the Aurora Mine which has even bigger open stopes. Awesome drone footage. A nice long walk underground with huge open chambers to look at. Lastly we are going down the backside of the mountain and we come to the Eberhardt Mine. This one had the richest ore in the area. They had a room of pure silver. Eventually an aerial bucket tramway was made off the mountain to a pair of mills in the valley below.
