A review of the Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 Di VC USD lens and why you don't always need the most expensive camera gear. Aside from my thoughts on this lens compared to the Nikon 24-70, I also give you my thoughts on why it might not be worth spending the extra money on the most expensive gear. At the time I filmed this, I had been using the lens for about three months not realizing availability of this lens was decreasing. If you can find a new version with a warranty, it's a bargain at $799. If not, definitely look into the New Tamron 24-70 G2 version.
