Today I’m exploring the unique Gansai Tambi Graphite watercolors. These are professional-grade colors—not the cheapest on the market, but in my experience, they are thoughtfully priced for the incredible quality and longevity they offer. In this video, I’m putting them to a real test! I’m painting 4 different subjects (Portrait, Animal, Still Life, and Landscape) inside an old German book I literally rescued from the trash 🗑️📖. It’s an edition from 1999 that has surprisingly good paper for these graphite tones.
