Update: 4/22/2024 The Vice President of HF, reached out today and promptly addressed the matter at hand by demonstrating exceptional professionalism. I am truly grateful for him sending me a new F90. At the same time, I want to recognize the representatives responsible for addressing customer service inquiries on a daily basis at Hydrofarm. They should feel a sense of deep shame for their treatment towards me and most likely other customers. They ought to feel ashamed that their superior had to intervene in order to resolve a technical problem that they should have effortlessly managed. For a service representative to purposely precipitate a negative reaction and then weaponize that reaction as pretext to disregard the warranty and ostracize a devoted customer is gross customer neglect and highly disgusting. Update: 4/18/2024 This video was posted for Hydrofarm tech support to observe the issue I'm experiencing because I was unable to send the large video file via email with my support request. I sent them a direct link. This was NOT posted to roast or talk negatively about Hydrofarm. Upon checking the analytics, I can see the video was viewed 11 times yesterday (4/17/2024) by clicking a direct link. This means Hydrofarm tech support watched it a handful of times. Hydrofarm emailed me today (4/18/2024) saying they "feel harassed" and because of this they are refusing to honor their 2-year warranty on a unit that is 2 months old. Can't make this stuff up. 4/17/2024: Posted video for Hydrofarm tech support to view. I have experienced two faulty units within the span of 2 months. The first one had a malfunctioning power switch, rendering it unable to power on. After Hydrofarm sent a replacement, the second unit started displaying random numbers and letters on its screens, causing all connected devices to flick on and off uncontrollably.
