In this channel, I will share the basic skills, respect, techniques, and mindset that I learned through judo. I want to give fair and easy access to good judo knowledge for people in South Asia. I grew up in Japan from the age of two. I trained in Japanese dojos, and in international tournaments I fought while representing South Asia and Pakistan. During my career, I learned one important thing: If people in South Asia can learn the correct way of judo, they can become much stronger. There are many talented and passionate athletes in South Asia. But there are not enough places where they can learn the correct basics in their own language. Because of this, many athletes train in the wrong way, get injured, or cannot improve fast. I made this channel to fix this problem and give everyone the same chance to grow. This channel is not only for judo players. It is also useful for coaches, MMA fighters, grapplers, and anyone who loves sports. Judo teaches important ideas like balance, control, and how to move your body correctly. These ideas help in many different martial arts and sports. In this channel, I will talk about: Basic judo mindset (respect, posture, attitude) Safe and correct ukemi (breakfall) Basic techniques and principles Q&A videos where I answer your questions Lessons with special guest instructors My own experiences from training and fighting in Japan and around the world Judo is not only about winning. It teaches respect, discipline, and a strong mind. These lessons can help you in sports and in life. Judo is open to everyone. Your chance to grow should not depend on your country or environment. I want people in South Asia to start from the same line and learn in a fair and equal way. This is the main reason why I created this channel. Judo players, coaches, fighters, and sports lovers are all welcome here. I hope this channel becomes the first step in your growth. Let’s learn and improve together.
