Jesus told us to pray to the Lord of the harvest that He would send out workers into His harvest. Many times in the history of the church we've created barriers, boxes, and checklists from our own prejudices and our desire to control; and as we've done that we've placed limitations on God's ability to send workers. Church leaders have been called by God to equip the workers; unfortunately we often handicap or disqualify the workers instead. This weekend we'll take a look at many of the misused and mistranslated scriptures in the Bible with the intention of forming a more Christlike perspective of our whole spiritual family.
