Now for something quite a bit different from what I usually post here. Instead of going for a mash-up, this time I opted for using short musical video game pieces and mixing them into something new. For my first pick I had to go for the tracks playing during Shantae's dancing animations back in the GameBoy Color times. I already made a comment from a different account under a vid with those animations, basically saying that despite the dance music being just one second loops, it is pretty much criminal how catchy all of them are. Inspired by future funk music I was wondering if there would be a way to mix them into something similar, albeit way more oriented around 8-bit sounds rather than disco samples. And so this is what I managed to make. Credit for the original samples goes to Jake Kaufman.
