Visiting Circle B Bar Reserve

Circle B Bar Reserve, on the northwest shore of Lake Hancock, is a former cattle ranch that today boasts a wide variety of plants and animals. I always enjoy visiting here and walking the trails, you never know what wildlife you may see it's always a pleasant surprise. It's great for enjoying the scenic nature and there are plenty of trails to explore. There is a nature center and interpretive trails as well. On this hike I roam around the Lake which leads by Lake Hancock and into the surrounding marshlands. I could see lots of birds and some Alligators as well. The area is within Polk County, Florida near the town of Lakeland. For me it's a place where old Florida, nature and wildlife connect and just takes you to another place and time hiking out here. I am glad this area has been preserved for us to enjoy today and hopefully for many more generations to come. Enjoy the adventure and thank you very much for watching! Never stop exploring.
