'Over 12 months ago I was charged with a crime that I’m yet to defend and that I will fight,' he said 15 minutes after Houston’s criminal case was mentioned in Sydney’s Downing Centre local court. Houston has pleaded not guilty to knowingly concealing information about alleged child sexual offences. Frank Houston died in 2004.
