PTR 2.6.8 GR150 4-Man PoV Mundunugu's Regalia Spirit Barrage + Frenzy Barb RGK

This clear was done with the newest PTR Patch (Ring of Emptiness rework) as well as the Phantasm tick-rate change (less lagg, same DPS). The change in tick-rate unfortunately voids my written Spirit Barrage analysis from S11 (link below). WD is in a very potent 4-man spot, however, it might see some slight nerfs due to its incredibly strong solo capabilties (likely to end up in 142-144 range). The playstyle is very eganging and a lot of fun due to the CoE+Phantasm+Oculus management required by the WD player. As depicted in the D3Planner the WD has to equipp the Phantasm rune (yes, it's equipped twice). Any other rune will cause severe laggs due to continous Barbar explosions. The Barb RGK that we tested in this pairing is a failed attempt at an RGK. Crusader and Necros do the job much better.
