http://www.ThunderStormVideo.com Not For Broadcast: Thunderstorms have been eluding us here in the NYC Metro the past week even though the heat and humidity has been through the roof! Due to a lack of forcing and shear, the thunderstorms that have formed around the area the past few days, have been isolated at best. Today however it was our turn, and while these storms didn't have much in the way of lightning with them, they did bring torrential rains (much need rains) to my area. My rain gauge recorded .40 inches of rain in a little over 30 minutes from these storms. I began running a timelapse sequence at 7am this morning and the video begins with that timelapse sequence.
