In todays video I attempt to burn 2500 calories as fast as I can. This is the average daily allowance of calories for a man, and equivalent to the calories burned doing a marathon. I use all types of exercises for this insane workout. Weight lifting, boxing, cardio and HITT training, and anything to burn those calories. It was interesting to see which exercise from the workout burned the most calories. I really hope you enjoy the video.
