It's a super simple piece of kit that lets you use speedlights with much more robust light modifiers. Throw your speedlight in the Godox S2 bracket, and you can attach it to a light stand and throw on any of your light modifiers. One of my favorite things about this piece of kit is that if you already own speedlights but cannot invest in much more expensive studio strobes, monolights, or otherwise... You can still practice with bigger and better light modifiers. And once you can graduate to studio strobes, you will have all of your light modifiers ready to go. This is the new version of the Godox S bracket - hence the S2. The main difference is that with the S2, you will have some spacers that you can remove to have a round-shaped clamp, which can work with the Godox V1 round head flash. You can, of course, leave the spacers in to use with traditional rectangular shaped speedlights. For $25 bucks, there really isn't much of a discussion. Pick this bad boy up and start using the fancy light modifiers to level up your photos! *********************************
