From this point, I begin my walk towards the train station area, following the streets that lead down towards the Sambre River. A key factor that made this trip easy, and one that I appreciate as a planner, is the city's logical layout. The streets radiate from the main square, making navigation incredibly simple. I felt so confident in my route that I didn't need to rely on my phone or GPS, memorizing the way to the station from the first attempt.
