JARID’S 32FT TINY HOUSE WITH MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM The cabinets are all soft close, real plywood, with marble counter tops, and my Ruvati sink, which I can’t say enough about. It’s the best sink you can buy for a tiny home. Along with my touch faucet. If you touch it anywhere along the metal it will turn on or off(by leaving the faucet valve open). Great for when your hands are messy. The slideouts I engineered myself. They sit on ball bearings and are mounted on a track, so with two people they can be pushed in. I framed those out of metal framing to keep the weight down. The couches in there are both foldouts and you can fold both of them out to make one long single wide bed to sleep two people. All of my plumbing and gas and some electrical I ran underneath the house, for easy repairs if a pipe should leak. Only about 10% of pipe in my walls. The house is insulated with rock wool, which is amazing stuff. Melting point of 2100 degrees Fahrenheit and it’s water resistance is incredible.
