The officers have paid 13 lakh or 14 lakh; the remaining balance has to be paid by you on the spot to... meaning you have to complete the 33.5 lakh, then this plot will be transferred. B Block's minimum rate is 2 crore, which comes facing commercial, and maximum here the rate goes to 3.25 to 3.50 crore for corner facing park, double road, and South open.
