Hey everyone! Just a quick video showcasing my very first T-style guitar! I've played many Tele's before but never owned one. I was very much impressed by my Sire Marcus Miller bass that I've had for a while now, so I was eager to get my hands on one of their guitars. I've only had this guitar for a few days and to be totally honest, the setup was terrible and the strings were somewhat rotten when it arrived. But I'm not really blaming Sire for this, that's just the webstore that I bought it from (Bax Shop). They just completely ignored giving it a quick. I was warned about it beforehand though. Also the nut slots aren't cut properly on mine. So maybe I just had a bit of bad luck on this one. I gave it a quick setup with some fresh new strings and it plays fine now. Still going to have to send it to my local guitar wizard to get it perfect. But what can you expect at a low price like this, right? BESIDES THAT, here are some things I love about this guitar: The neck is just perfect. Maybe a little too big for my taste but still smooth as butter. Those rounded edges and fret-ends people praise about is very much true, feels like a guitar that has been played for decades. The sound is just awesome, which is why I bought the guitar in the first place since I've never owned a Tele before. Great sounding pickups. The finish job is very clean, no dents, no marks, no mistakes, extremely clean. Locking tuners. Every guitar should have them. Sturdy build quality. I guess it's not hard to fuck up a Tele, but still this guitar feels solid to play.
