Moving isn’t easy, but it’s certainly exciting! We’ve moved to our new house, it took some time to get everything neat again. This is just to show you the theme we’re having here and give you an update on what we’re drinking and how things are going! We’ve got a chance to try some naturally processed heirlooms from Guji. Very light, sweet and bright - super tasty. I’ve never smelled a cup of espresso that would hit me with such distinct scent of a lime zest, this was new and sort of mind blowing - I knew I was going to love it. I find that with my current temperature setting this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe: Dose: 18 grams Brew time: 27 seconds Brew weight: ~38 grams Temperature : 92°C Brew pressure : 9 bar About the coffee : Roast: Light-Medium Origin: Ethiopia Region: Guji Station: Gubata Varietal: Heirlooms Growing altitude: 2000-2180 Meters Process: Natural Flavour profile: Sweet and light, very fruity and bright.
