Exclusive Barfi Class 3 | Gulabi Kesariya Barfi | Manisha Bharani Kitchen Gulabi Kesariya Barfi Ingredients 1 Cup Mawa ½ Cup Condensed Milk 2 TBSP Butter ½ Cup White Chocolate ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Pistachios ¼ Cup Vanilla Wafer Biscuit Powder ¼ Cup Rose Petals Kesar Powder Method to Prepare Take a heavy bottom pan and add Mawa, Condensed Milk, Butter & White Chocolate to it and mix them well. Heat the ingredients well on low flame till they melt and mix well. Now add finely chopped pistachios & vanilla wafer biscuit powder to the prepared mix and mix them well. Now add Rose petals to the mixture and mix them well. After mixing, take a tin container and place a butter paper in it. Grease the butter paper well. Put the first layer of the Barfi in the container to set. Meanwhile, keep one part of the same mixture aside for later use. After the preparation of the first layer, we have to prepare the second layer for the Barfi by simply adding Kesar Powder to the mixture we have kept aside. Now mix all the ingredients well. Now put the second layer of the Barfi over the first layer. Garnish the Barfi with some finely chopped pistachio pieces and some dry rose petals. Allow the Barfi to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After setting time, cut the Barfi into desired shaped pieces and it shall be ready to serve.
