In this 22 minute sprint, I am processing a journal article into some Main cards. WARNING - at 21:07, my book falls over when I shake the table, so beware the crash! In this session, I am reading an article and recording my own thoughts on Main cards. I also mind map a concept idea (@3:51) onto a note card using a simple tree diagram, and make a punched Directory card for my Index (@18:32) to record the growing group of Chronotope addresses (I feel it's going to grow a LOT!) I add page flags (@11:34) for vocab I want to return to in the article. FYI - My zettelkasten address for literary theory in general is 1400 so this set of cards gets numbered 1403/1. Further child cards will get added later. This research is for my first physical monthly newsletter on narrative theory using the chronotope and (my term) the "kairotope". These concepts allow a writer to use various aspects of time and space to anchor a reader into genre and scene, and to move them through a story. Study with Me and Enjoy!!
