Today, 76 years ago, the Allied Forces took a stand, and started the invasion of Europe, so WWII could come to an end. On May 5, 1945 the war came to an end in the Netherlands. Because of the efforts and sacrifices that were made, we can enjoy our lives in freedom for over 75 years now. To commemorate that freedom we had decided to create a tractor-display with around 240 tractors. Measuring 650ft tall and 620ft wide it became a display of significant proportions. When hovering over it with a drone, it made it possible to read what was displayed. The tractors wrote: 75 JAAR VRIJHEID, which would translate to '75 YEARS OF FREEDOM'. Underneath it showed a symbol of freedom; the Torch of Liberty. "75 years of Freedom in the Netherlands. One of the few times that freedom felt as important as it is now in 2020; year of Corona, year of limitations ... to that freedom. Years with uncertainties, loss of so much that was so common! That natural freedom, which will never feel so obvious again, but as the best thing we have. What we want to fight for the hardest! Liberation Day. With hope that we can really experience him again soon. On May 5, 2020 the farmers of 'Farmers Defense Force' offered their lights in the darkness.
