Lots of love, Sage Xx Here is the recipe from my 1950's Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book: Spring Salad Souffle Different and delightful! Serve at your next ladies' luncheon for compliments aplenty- 1 3-ounce package lime-flavoured gelatin 1/2 cup water 1 can condensed cream of asparagus soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon grated onion Dash pepper ... 1/2 cup shredded unpared cucumber 1/4 cup diced celery 1 tablespoon snipped parsley In saucepan, mix gelatin and water. Gradually blend in soup; heat and stir till gelatin dissolves. Add next 4 ingredients. Beat smooth with rotary or electric beater. Chill till partially set. Turn into large chilled bowl; beat till thick and fluffy. Fold in vegetables. Spoon into 5-cup ring mold or 6 to 8 individual molds; chill firm.
