It tastes almost like chocolate because I've used milk solids into it and very easy to prepare. Ingredients 2 tbsp Cocoa powder 2 tbsp Sugar ½ cup + 2 tbsp Milk powder ½ cup milk 1 tsp ghee/clarified butter Method Add ghee in a pan then add in milk stir for a minute then add in sugar as per taste and let it melt. After sugar has melt add in Milk powder and cocoa pwd mix well and ensure there are no lumps. Once this mixture thickens remove from heat cool a little until you can handle it and then add the mixture to modak moulds and shape them out.
