Com o intuito de aproximar os alunos do mercado de trabalho e partilhar a paixão por hotelaria com as novas gerações e futuros profissionais do setor, o Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort levou a cabo uma iniciativa que procurou proporcionar aos estudantes de hotelaria uma experiência imersiva no mundo da hotelaria. Foram 2 dias com um programa criado a pensar nos alunos e nas suas expectativas, onde a partilha de conhecimento pelas nossas equipas foi uma constante e os desafios lançados aos alunos, um verdadeiro teste à sua criatividade e paixão pela hotelaria. Nesta 1ª edição, contamos com a participação de cerca de 40 alunos da ESHTE – Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril dos cursos de Gestão Hoteleira e Produção Alimentar em Restauração e pelos comentários recebidos durante e após esta primeira edição, podemos garantir que foi um sucesso e que será uma iniciativa a repetir futuramente. … With the aim of bringing students closer to the job market and sharing the passion for hospitality with new generations and future professionals in the sector, the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort carried out an initiative that sought to provide hospitality students with an immersive experience in the world of the hotel industry. It was 2 days with a program created with students and their expectations in mind, where the sharing of knowledge by our teams was a constant and the challenges presented to the students, a true test of their creativity and passion for hospitality. In this 1st edition, we had the participation of around 40 students from ESHTE – Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril from the Hotel Management and Food Production in Restaurants courses and based on the comments received during and after this first edition, we can guarantee that it was a success and that it will be an initiative to be repeated in the future.
