Run was done live:   / 1228691660   My Twitch:   / luke_gb   Date set: 5th December 2021 Previous WR: 2:03.799 by me (0.274 cut) -    • [MKW Former WR] DS Delfino Square - 2...   Splits: 41.070 / 41.421 / 41.034 I am playing Delfino Square every day and will attempt to stream as many days as I can in December to "destroy" the track, by that I mean I hope to get an eventual 3/3 dock SC run which should end up as a very low 2:03 or a 2:02. Lap 1 is excellent. It's only .023 off BKS as I'm writing this. The driving before the dock can be improved and the angle landing from the SC meant I couldn't shroom as early as I would have liked which cost a little more time. Lap 2 is overall average. I lost a huge amount of time due to bounces at the first straight along with a drop, the first turn was very wide, the driving overall wasn't as clean as lap 1. The dock was good but I landed further right than lap 1 meaning I couldn't enter the shroom as tight and had to delay the shroom even more. Thankfully the rest of the lap went fairly well. Lap 3 is decent for having a half and nerves. The lap as a whole is actually pretty well driven besides the shroom exit which was very bad and the last turn. A pretty good run overall. My best splits with 3 docks give a 2:03.1xx but all of them can be lowered considerably. Lap 2 can go from a 41.4 to a 41.1 or beyond, and lap 3 can go from a 40.6 to a 40.3. Also a 40 second lap 1 is possible. Make sure to pop by my stream to see the progress I make this month here, your support is much appreciated.
