The sharing will encompass Hong Kong Beiwei calligraphy’s history and the type design interpretation process. 37:30 Korean-Latin Type Combination: A Conceptual Approach with Sulki & Min Korean types are frequently used in combination with Latin typefaces, not only in multilingual settings but also to render numerals and foreign names. The pairing is normally based on shared visual qualities for evenness in mixed-script settings. In this talk, Sulki and Min propose an alternative, idea-based approach to Korean-Latin type combination that is meaningful as well as beautiful. 1:17:00 Typeface Design for East Asia with Ryoko Nishizuka In recent years, there has been a lot of innovation in font-related technology, not only in fonts, but also in the applications that create them, the applications that use them, and the environments that display them. In the midst of this, we have released a variable font with CJK support. We have also created fonts with color glyphs.
