Folding Outfeed table for a cabinet saw

I've developed some bad habits with my table saw that could cost me my fingers and they mostly revolve around not having an outfeed table. My table saw sits against the garage door and feeds out the door into the driveway, and the driveway is sloped, this makes it hard to have any sort of outfeed table. With this design however, I am able to keep my saw in the same position and know that the outfeed table will always be level with the saw bed whenever it is extended.
