This video talks about clinical features of common bacterial keratitis\ corneal ulcer. The bacterial corneal ulcer is caused by both gram positive and gram negative bacteria. the common gram positive organisms are staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus peumoniae. The gram negative organisms are pseudomonas, bacillus cereus and gonorrhea. there are certain clinical features associated with each bacterial keratitis that makes a spot diagnosis of the type of organism involved in the keratitis easily.
