With UNC Asheville & Western Carolina University, as well as an area conducive to the active lifestyle it is popular for College Aged people. Asheville City Limits has seen its growth slow alittle bit in the last couple of years, but the 4 county area around it has seen a healthy growth, especially Waynesville & Maggie Valley where you can get more home for the money, yet still 20-30 minutes from Asheville. Now if you have the big bucks you move to Biltmore More Forest, wow. How would you like to live there. Oh and theres a Tropical Smoothie in Asheville, a plus for any city.
