The "Grid Drives" are organized by the group "Drivers of SL" in Second Life™. After the drives, you get (usual) a reward for completing it - average you have 2 weeks time to complete a drive. Even it was "February 14th", it wasn'T a Valentines-Drive ... ... ok, I have also still a sugar-rush from the 2 Linden-Drives and the "Hug & Dunk". I am still adjusting the Settings about the new Firestorm. Partial I was driving in "Ultra"-quality, including shadows ... some areas was not really check their light-settings to the light at the scenery ... and while driving in the old "Drive quality" (focus on easy rezzing and long distance view), I wasn't limit the Frame-rate, so it was partial shooting up to 100 FPS and more. While the viewer became much faster, the Sim-crossings became more ... weird. Strange behaviors after the crossing, late rezzing of things or also the whole set of avatars ... no more reacting vehicles, controls not taking inputs for a while. Anyway it gone mostly well. Timeline: 0:00 NavHUD 2026-02-14 ... and meeting the first other Drivers 0:17 gathering 0:40 roll out into the mania 0:56 weird Sim-crossings 1:10 Surprise!
