Welcome to The Pedal Empire YouTube Channel! Browne Amps have been pretty platant on what this drive is. Its a green, mid-humped drive pedal thats as classic as your dads car in the 70's! It's a Tube Screamer clone but boy does it have some tone to it! I could really hear some clean blend coming through when I demo'd this and it just sounded so good with the Victory DP40 just on the edge of breakup then smack it with this and it was great on both Les Paul and Strat. Browne have said the tweaks done are they dialed in the midrange to be more nuanced. You still get that classic midrange bump but without some of the inherent nasaliness that can sometimes plague a TS circuit. They altered the clipping to be slightly less symmetrical and also tweaked the low end to give it more fullness while still maintaining a tight and punchy low end. Sounds great in my opinion like all Browne drives they are quality!
