I've been having fun playing minecraft hardcore for the past year, and I've been dabbling with superflat by playing on the flatline smp. Now, I've been a big fan of minecraft superflat and I love its restrictions on what you can and can't get, but that is contrasted with one of the other things I love about minecraft and that's progression and obtaining everything. Superflat+ is not a replacement for Superflat mode, but just a different mode altogether. The Superflat+ datapack essentially just changes the world generation, If you wish to have all of the "Superflat+" features you will need to use the carpet mod, for things like renewable deepslate. (though a full mod is in the works) It's just nice to finally be able to obtain every block, defeat every boss, and visit every biome in minecraft superflat. This time around tho? we are getting shulkers, digging holes, and smelting golems.
