Metroid, Star Fox, Paper Mario, all of these have been mishandled by Nintendo in one way or another. However, one series that I feel has gotten it the worst is definitely Chibi-Robo. What started out as a pretty unique adventure game on the Nintendo Gamecube, quickly faded into obscurity with its future releases on the DS and 3DS.
