This building sits on a rather awkward piece of land, that somewhat looked like a buffer between the landed houses from the roundabout. But yet that created this project with awesome connectivity, to both the MRT and main roads into KL City itself. However, the surrounding elements are not as pleasant. The commercial areas are old, generally catering to the social housings around the area. Then the noise from the road are borderline overwhelming, especially at the drop-off and facilities deck. My expectations were not met as well when I stepped into the facilities deck. Just because their landscape treatments, drop-off, and lobby were uniquely designed, the other common area felt empty in comparison.
