Thought i'd take you through the simple and quick process of how to brew all grain beer without needing to do a mash yourself, Thanks to the help of these new Ale Base fresh wort kits by "Craft Brewer". In this particular video i use the ale base which consists of 90% Maris Otter and 10% Munich 10L. Now its completely up to you if you want to add more grain and do a mash to alter flavour and boost gravity or you can simply use specialty grain and Malt Extract to achieve a similar result as I do here, the variations are endless really, u can go all out and create your own recipe as I do, or simply tip it into a sanitized fermenter as it comes and just add yeast, then dry hop in a few days for an easy summer ale...its up to you. Definitely worth the investment! so give it a go if your struggling for time or if you want to experiment a little. Cheers.
