(乃^o^)乃 MORE BO4! ⇨    • Black Ops 4 Funny Moments | M3RKMUS1C   Black Ops 4 recently added a new specialist to the game called “Spectre” …wait, where does that sound familiar? BO4 recently recycled another specialist from Black Ops 3 called “Spectre” …much better! Spectre in Black Ops 4 is not nearly as good as in Black Ops 3; the sword doesn’t swing as fast, your melee range is not nearly as far, and it takes much longer to charge the specialist. You are able to throw the sword (but that cancels your specialist) and you can roll, but overall this leaves him less effective than his previous version.
