Fire up the pit: Heat the Traeger Ironwood XL with Royal Oak Charcoal Hardwood Pellets to 275℉. 2. Season the ribs: Place the ribs in a large aluminum pan, drizzle with Bear & Burton’s W Sauce Fireshire, and season with Heath Riles BBQ Honey Chipotle Rub. Toss to coat evenly. 3. Start smoking: Lay the Country Style Ribs directly on the grill grates and smoke for 1 ½ hours, or until they reach 155℉. 4. Wrap the pork: Remove the ribs, place them back in the pan, drizzle with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce and Maple Honey Habanero BBQ Glaze, then cover with foil. 5. Braise the ribs: Cook for another 1 ½ hours (total 3 hours), remove from heat, and let rest before serving.
