WHAT IS CANON? !! alright, I'd honestly treat everything from this video onwards as NON-CANON to the DaisyBell/Daisy's House Myth. BUT IM NOT SAYING THAT IM COMPLETELY CHANGING THE STORY- think of this whole series as a "what if" alternate universe. after Ana's backstory, the worlds you find in Daisy’s House don’t follow a real trend of progression- it’s just bits and pieces of information here. so the “linear” plot that I’ve established (narrator learning about hunger, narrator trying to figure out why exactly hunger happened, narrator investigating the different worlds, etc) isn’t canon. I 100% took creative liberties to interpret a story here. !! WHAT'S EVEN GOING ON??? I DON'T UNDERSTAND??? !! Daisy, ridden with guilt and believing herself unworthy of the Narrator's sympathy for her tragic past, showed him [HUNGER], a past event where she cannibalized herself on innocent people and NPCs in Daisy's House. The Narrator, in disbelief that Daisy would do something as monstrous as this on her lonesome, investigated The Cultivator's potential role in this act. To find more leads, he looked to Daisy, who had trapped herself in [COGITO ERGO SUM], a nightmarish reality of static that forces her to relive memories and nightmares (the stuff we saw in the previous video, like "it was so cold") as a self-induced punishment. Daisy showed him a variety of worlds, which eventually revealed The Cultivator as being the manipulator behind [HUNGER]. From this point, The Narrator attempted to pull Daisy out of the static-filled world, believing that she's suffered enough. Unfortunately, Daisy had suffered an extremely traumatic set of nightmares during his investigation and chose to try to rid herself of her humanity (physically manifesting as Ana) in an attempt to relieve the same guilt that she'd imposed on herself by putting herself in the STATIC in the first place. With nothing but a trace of her humanity left, nothing was stopping her from satiating her HUNGER again. Once again, she mutilated everyone at Daisy's House- and this wasn't just the second time. Daisy had been looping through life and death, and yet she was still trapped in this eternity of cannibalizing everyone she held dear to her. Despite his complete shock of her lack of clear regret or repentance, The Narrator tried to tear Daisy away from the static one last time. Unfortunately, he'd given her too much time alone. She had temporarily [ROBLOX-DELETED-SELF-CHARACTER] herself from this eternity.. I say temporarily, because Daisy did eventually come back. She came back different.
