Hi guys, in this video you welcome to join me on a 4 day trip to Mitzpe Ramon, Israel 7.4.22 Our third day in Mitzpe Ramon part 2. After we finished with the Alpaca Farm we continued to the second hotel on our trip, the famous Beresheet Hotel. Just as we arrived, there was a yoga class on SAP so I decided to join. the hotel is beautiful with a design that really tries to preserve nature with the structure of sand and stone. In the evening we enjoy dinner at the hotel's impressive dining room. I enjoyed the vegan abundance at the buffet which included antipasti vegetables, corn soup, a variety of salads and seasoned tofu. For dessert we were offered the 3 options they had which included a number of vegan ice creams, a fruit salad and a halva parfait. Hopefully in the future they will improve the dessert and main dish department at dinner.
