Choose a small mold (bowl, baking dish, etc.) and lightly oil it. 2. Bring 3 cups of water to boil and pour over cashews. Soak for 5 minutes. 3. Drain and discard water. 4. Add cashews, 3/4 cup fresh water and everything else EXCEPT agar agar powder to a high speed blender. 5. Blend until smooth 6. Add agar agar powder to blender and incorporate 7. Transfer to a small pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to simmer. 8. Cook for about 2 minutes and it will thicken. Once it does, remove from heat and pour into a mold. 9. Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes, then transfer to fridge and let it set at least 3 hours. (Ideally overnight). 10. Remove from mold and cut into cubes. Will be semi soft and slightly spreadable. Can also slice and crumble. In my video I tossed it with olive oil and zaatar seasoning.
