In our final serie of Best Barcelona Parks we will show you our favourite park on Montjuïc hill, which is by itself can be called the jewel of all green spaces in Barcelona, The Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer Gardens. As the garden situated on a gentle slope it offers you a good view of Barcelona and the sea. The periods of the large-scale blossoming: March and April, and from the end of June to the start of September. The best way to get to this park is getting off on the Parallel metro station green line 3 and then taking the funicular that will take you right up on the Monjuic hill. The entrance to the park is free. The opening hours vary according to the period of the year. In winter (01.11 - 31.03) it's open from 10:00 to 19:00h, and in summer (01.04 - 31.10) from 10:00 to 21:00h.
