Mark Wilson, a man who had committed worker's comp fraud, was tested in this trap on his so-called "illness," and was stripped of his clothes and covered in a flammable jelly. He was then placed in a dark room with broken glass almost entirely covering the floor (he was barefoot), hundreds of numbers written on the walls, and a safe in the middle of the floor. His scorched body was found by detective's not long afterwards. Detectives also noticed a peephole in on of the walls, revealing that Jigsaw liked to "book himself front row seats to his own sick little games.
