The tragic incidents occurred on Sovetskaya Street and near a private home in the Seroglazka district. Meanwhile, some local residents were trapped in their homes due to their entrances being completely covered. These residents include residents of the Gorizont, Severo-Vostok, and 9th Kilometer neighborhoods.
