This week saw the launch of the much-anticipated (at least for non-Tesla EV drivers) Electrify America mobile app and new EA membership plans, Pass and Pass+. ** UPDATE: A note on potential EA pricing issues for Hyundai Kona Electric and Kia Niro EV drivers - https://www.torquenews.com/7893/new-c... ** Like most of us who've followed the network's progress, I've been hoping for less expensive rates and a less cumbersome way to start a charge session, so does the app deliver? I traveled down to our nearest Electrify America location, a "community charging" site just south of Boston, MA, to find out.
