Run-through trains from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway and the Union Pacific Railroad can frequently be seen leaving Memphis for points east, particularly the major coal-fired power plants at Kingston, TN, and Scherer, GA. These tank cars are loaded at the Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN.
