Woodward Fab’s Bevel Mill model 9000 is the most powerful hand-held beveller you will find in the market. The tool’s design comprises a milling type cutter head with square carbide inserts. The bevel angle can be adjusted by loosening the four socket cap bolts and adjusting the angle. The machine’s beveling angle can be adjusted up to 45o. Beveling up to 1 and 3/16ʺ can be achieved. Adjusting the depth of the bevel mill is extremely simple. Loosen the quick release handle on the side of the tool and then turn the adjust knob at the top. This will allow you to expose or hide the cutter. The inserts can be changed four times. To change the inserts, remove the V-Block, and loosen the set screw. The weight of the metal beveling tool is supported on a plate. Hence, there will never be an incident of user fatigue. The machine will complete bevels at about 3 ft. per minute.
