After a long time we fly the IL76 again, this time we go from Istanbul to Riyadh with a heavy plane full of cargo operated by Silk Airways, our flight time will be about 4 hours in excellent weather conditions, we'll depart before sunrise and arrive in the morning to Riyadh so we'll get a nice sunrise along the flight. This version of the IL76TD is a long time favorite of this channel, it is a freeware and many details are missing but the most important one: the flight model is quite right, the plane is notoriously fun to hand-fly and difficult to land, the procedure I'm most familiar with is the go-around, did that a lot of times to avoid bad landings. The IL76TD is such a crazy plane, can take a lot of cargo, can fly long distances, it can be as fast as MACH 0.82 and fly at about 39000 to 41000ft without problems and if that wasn't enough this plane can land in rough runways, unpaved surfaces and only needs about 1500ft (450 meters) to land, an amazing machine. At King Khaled the cargo terminal is just at the end of runway 33R so we are not really worried about making a short landing this time. Remember this plane needs the stabilizer trim and that uses XP trim A commands not the regular pitch trim up/down, make sure the stab indicator moves otherwise you are going to have a bad time.
