Cancer access innovation at The James Outpatient Care | OSUCCC – James

World-class cancer care and research continues to expand in central Ohio, where The James Outpatient Care is ready to open its doors on The Ohio State University campus. Buckeye health care leaders and guests recently gathered to cut the ribbon on the new state-of-the-art center in the university’s Carmenton innovation district, which will open to patients in July, offering outpatient and overnight surgical services to cancer patients. The 385,000-square-foot facility will feature several clinics focused on a variety of specialties, including hematologic and genitourinary cancers, along with spaces dedicated to imaging, immunotherapy, genetic counseling, and in fall, 2023, the region’s first proton therapy center.
