This is the recipe of Mutton Tikia from the iconic place Guest Snacks Bar, Situated in Surya Sen St, near College Square. This old calcutta cabin style restaurant is very popular for their Mutton tikia and flaky laccha paratha. Whenever I crave for this I make it in this way. In this video I have shared the exact recipe of Guest Snacks Bar Style Mutton Tikia. I hope you all gonna love it. Ingredients: For Tikia : 200 gm Mutton Keema 1tsp Green Papaya ginger and Garlic Paste 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Egg 2Tsp Onion 2-3 Tsp Besan Salt to taste For Tikia Gravy : 100 gm Onion 30 gm Cashew 30 gm Char Magaj 50 gm curd 2 Tsp Besan 1tsp ginger and garlic paste 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Coriander Powder 1 Tsp Cumin Powder 2 tsp Kewra Water 2 tsp Rose Water 120 gm Ghee Salt as per taste Process : Mix everything mentioned for Tikia in a bowl and leave it for 1hr. Now for the gravy take onion cashews magaj and curd and make a smooth paste. Add besan, all the mentioned powder spices and kewra rose water and mix completely. Now take the marinated keema and portion it into 60gm sizes. Heat a kadhai add ghee. Once the ghee is hot, flatten the tikia and add it into the ghee one by one. Fry it on a medium to high heat until it gets brown. Then remove from the ghee and set aside. Now in the same ghee add the paste mixture and stir it. Put the flame on low and cover the Kadhai. Cook it for 10 to 15mins, ultill the oil gets separated. Add salt and the fried tikia. Cook for 5-7 mins.
