In the chours, he says "El sonido está de la verga", "the sounds is de la verga". When something is "de la verga", it means that it fuckin' sucks, dude. 6. There is no direct translation to "hacer chichilla", but since he talks about women in this verse, and "chichilla" sounds similar to "chichi" (tit, boob, nipple), I'd like to think it means "sucking tits" (?). La parte de "Busco ayuda, échenme la mano, quiero que me l'echen por el excusado" podría interpretarse como un albur. Quiere que le tiren su s*men en el excusado.
